Can I Ship My Order to Outside the United States?
Short answer: No. We currently only take orders and ship within the United States.
Why was I Shipped Part of my Order? / I Didn't Receive my Full Order
It can be confusing when you've only received part of your order, but please be aware of the following:
If your order contains large freight items and a smaller item many manufacturers will actually send them separately. Usually, the smaller item first, and then the larger freight item later.
If your order contains items from different manufacturers, they will be shipped separately. In other cases, it may have actually been a mistake on our end or the manufacturer's end, so reach out to let us know. This doesn't happen often, but it is possible.

Does Lifestyle Medical Supplies process insurance or Medicare?
One of the ways we keep overhead low and our prices down is by working directly with consumers. Credit or debit card payment is required at the time of purchase, but you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company and/or Medicare afterwards. For your convenience Lifestyle Medical Supplies offers several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. Please note that we no longer accept prepaid cards.
All payment methods will be charged upon placement of your order. If the order is cancelled or a product in your order is no longer available, a refund will be issued to that payment method, generally within 2-5 business days.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel or amend your web order, please call as immediately as once your order is sent to our warehouse it is difficult to prevent shipment. If you decide to cancel your order after the deadline, we'll simply process your request as a return.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are subject to the manufacturers terms and may cause a delay in shipping or additional, non-published fees.
Quantity Discounts
Quantity price breaks may be available in addition to what's offered in our catalog and online. Please call us for more details.

Sale items have limited quantities, sizes and colors and may no longer be available.
